Privacy Policy

Account info: your display name, email address, and password (stored hashed — we never see it in plain text).

Circle content: anything you or your Circle post — shared feed updates, needs, preferences, and Thinking of You messages.

Invite info: when someone invites a person, we store that person's name and email or phone number so we can deliver the invite.

To run the app: create your account, show you your Circles, send transactional email (invites, approval notices, password resets), and nothing else. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Circle content is visible only to that Circle's approved members — enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the interface. A pending member (someone who's joined but not yet been approved) can't see Circle content until approved. The list of invites sent is visible only to the decision-maker who sent them.

Care Village runs on a small set of infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (application hosting), and Resend (transactional email delivery). We don't share your data with anyone beyond what's needed to run the service.

Circle content is kept as long as the Circle exists. Deleting a Circle deletes its members, invites, feed, needs, and preferences along with it. To delete your account and personal data entirely, email us at Info@agileInnov.com.

Passwords are hashed, all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and database access is enforced by row-level security policies — even a bug in the app's code can't show you another Circle's data, because the database itself checks who's asking. No system is perfectly secure, but this is designed so a mistake in one place doesn't expose everything.

Care Village is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
