Terms of Service

Care Village is provided by Agile Innovation Labs ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using Care Village, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Care Village helps a group of people coordinate care for someone — sharing updates, tracking needs and preferences, and keeping track of who's showing up.

It is not a medical device, a monitoring service, or an emergency system. It does not provide medical advice, and no one is notified automatically in an emergency. If someone is in danger, call your local emergency number — don't rely on this app.

You need an account to use Care Village. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.

Care Village is not intended for children under 13.

Anyone can create a Care Village (a "Circle") and becomes its decision-maker, with authority to approve or remove members, edit shared content, and delete the Circle. A decision-maker can hand that role to another approved member at any time.

Only invite people who've agreed to be invited. An invite shares the invitee's name and contact info with us, and the fact that they were invited with everyone already in the Circle.

You own what you post — feed updates, needs, preferences, Thinking of You messages. By posting it, you give the other members of your Circle permission to see and use it within the app, and you give us permission to store and display it back to those members.

Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, or anything that's harassing, unlawful, or violates someone else's privacy.

We do our best to keep Care Village running, but it's offered as-is, without any uptime guarantee. We may change or discontinue features, and we'll try to give notice before anything that affects your data.

You can leave a Circle or delete one you decide for at any time from within the app. To delete your account entirely, email us at Info@agileInnov.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Care Village is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Agile Innovation Labs isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on information shared in the app.

We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continuing to use Care Village after a change means you accept the updated terms.
